Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage all corporate sales and supply contracts. In this role, you will be the key owner of contract administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to oversee financial transactions, escrow management, insurance, and tax compliance.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Boise, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration & Compliance
- Oversee contracting and document control processes
- Continuously improve and streamline contract templates and exhibit documentation
- Review and update state/local sales tax rates and allowances for project locations
- Ensure all business licenses are current and compliant
- Escrow & Financial Management
- Set up escrow accounts, negotiate agreements, and resolve escrow agent details
- Create and maintain cash flow projections based on milestone schedules
- Generate and manage payment schedules, deposits, and invoices per contract
- Establish and track deposit dates, invoice payments, and overall project funding
- Insurance & Bonding
- Obtain quotes and place project-specific insurance policies
- Manage bonding requirements, including invoicing and premium collection
- Handle requests for insurance certificates and riders as needed
- Lien & Title Management
- Set up and oversee conditional and unconditional lien releases
- Work with local title companies to negotiate solutions and ensure compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in contracts administration
- Construction contract administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with NetSuite ERP is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- On-site position—remote work is not available.
