Position Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to both residential and commercial modular construction projects. This role involves utilizing core skills in hand and power tools to assist in various construction tasks. Join us to help build and shape the structures that define our communities, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6am-2:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building modular units under supervision.
- Complete tasks as assigned.
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at the start and end of each shift.
- Check all tools and materials for safety hazards prior to use.
- Clean and prepare work area, rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
- Assist other craft and trade workers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools
- Pneumatic tools and equipment (nail guns, screw guns, sprayers etc.)
- Knowledge in residential and/or commercial construction
- Compliance to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed
