What are the responsibilities and job description for the GENERAL MANAGER, HOME STAGING position at Guest House?

Guest House is quickly becoming the household name for home staging across the US. Were in search of a world-class General Manager (GM) to lead the next phase of growth in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. GM will oversee the sales pipeline, operations, customer experience and other functions with the support of our corporate and local teams. As GM, you will have full control over the growth trajectory of your market with incredible upside as the company scales.

As General Manager, youll have the opportunity to :

Own the P&L and budget performance for the market
Leverage Guest House technology and playbooks to accelerate growth and ensure operation in accordance with brand standards
Drive growth in the market through effective relationship building and retention of local agents
Grow a sales pipeline and close deals with the support of the corporate team
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely communication and proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
Oversee daily operations and utilize resources within budget to achieve market goals
Manage the Lead Designer who handles design planning and staging installation in-market
Monitor all vendors to guarantee quality experience across design, cleaning and media deliverables
Partner with our accounting team to handle billing for all customers and service providers

3-5 years of sales or management experience, preferably with logistics or service teams

Track record of growing markets profitably to achieve business goals

Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

Solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit

Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Someone who embraces hard work, exhibits gumption, takes calculated risks and is excited at the opportunity to run their market autonomously.

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with at least 3 days a week at our Tempe office and 2 days remotely.

Compensation

Base salary, plus bonus and employee equity
