The Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented team-player to help support our ambitious growth efforts as a Part-Time Marketing Lead. The right candidate is resourceful, able to work both independently and collaboratively with our team, has “test and learn” in their DNA, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver best-in-class social media content
- Scale existing and new accounts across various social platforms
- Monitor and engage with audience interactions across digital channels
- Manage website and blog content
- Design and manage digital brand assets
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events
- Identify, test and optimize new customer acquisition channels
- Identify and evaluate AI tools to improve marketing output
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs in company CRM (Hubspot)
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in similar marketing roles
- Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM), Slack and Google Suite
- Proven track record of scaling successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate industry experience a plus
