Job Overview
The Sunrise Lodge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including guest service, inventory management, and record keeping. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Guest Transactions: Complete sales in POS in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner; assist clerks with same.
- Maintain Store Displays: Daily rotation of stock, cleaning, and organizing of store displays.
- Assist with Training: Participate in the training and development of new staff members.
- Monitor Inventory: Receive and verify quantities of food stock and merchandise.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a national park setting.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain necessary certifications, such as ServSafe Manager and MAST/TIPS.
