16.66 USD HourlyThe Resort Worker is involved in most aspects of day to day operations of the Lodge while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times; and must be cross-trained in areas related to front desk, retail, housekeeping, grounds keeping, and food service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Focus on the customer : Seeks to understand the internal / external customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
- Perform customer service, food service, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
- Restock supplies.
- Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately as necessary.
- Maintain clean and orderly station area; stock and maintain station area with various supplies and products.
- Improve continuously : Constantly assess and adapts to current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently
- May be assigned to other duties as required by the Shift Supervisor or Manager(s).
