Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the nighttime team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Maintaining accurate records and performing payroll duties as needed.
- Providing support to night security personnel and enforcing hotel policies.
- Coordinating morning shift preparations and F&B department openings.
- Verifying employee uniforms and name tags.
- Responding to emergency situations and communicating with dispatch.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong clerical and computer skills, including MS Office software suite.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Hotel management experience and prior front desk/night audit experience are beneficial.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
