- Answer customers' questions, offering expert knowledge on company products, promotions, and policies.
- Describe merchandise and explain its use, operation, and care to customers.
- Recommend and select merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Process sales transactions accurately, computing prices, totals, and receiving cash or credit payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers efficiently.
- Maintain and take responsibility for cash registers and contents within.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service.
- Ability to pass cash handling training.
- Mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing.
- National Park gift shop experience preferred.
