Position Purpose
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key external clients by understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service. This role involves coordinating with various departments including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and product development to ensure timely delivery of products, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues that may arise. This role supports the internal communication between order processing, fulfillment, manufacturing operations and logistics. This specialized skillset makes them a particularly valuable member of the Manufacturing Leadership team.

Bachelor’s or equivalent years of education and experience. PMP Certification preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external clients and contract manufacturing partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing client-related updates, including but not limited to schedules, timing, shipments, etc.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels, presenting findings to senior management.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, contract manufacturing partners and internal departments, including Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Provides in-person oversight at manufacturing plants for first runs and ongoing onsite work. Communicates issues and solves with the client and sales leads.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall client experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and maintenance of SOPs for streamlined efficient operational processes.
