Job Summary:
We are seeking a gifted and experienced (5 year minimum) Worship Leader to join our team. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading the music and worship team, creating an atmosphere conducive to spiritual growth and reflection.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct music rehearsals and worship services
- Select appropriate music for services in collaboration with the pastor
- Educate and mentor team members on musical techniques and worship practices
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive worship experience
- Coordinate with sound and media teams for seamless execution of services
Experience:
- 5 Years minimum experience leading worship
- Proven experience as a Worship Leader or similar role
- Proficiency in playing guitar or keys
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
- Ability to mentor and develop musicians and vocalists
- Excellent communication skills to convey the message of worship effectively
