We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding global team. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for customer-facing roles across the USA, with occasional support for global hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the USA and, as needed, globally- covering all aspects of the hiring process, from LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting to CV screening, phone screening, and interview coordination.
- Utilize effective sourcing tools and advertise on social networks to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to guide and support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Execute efficiently and meet all recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
- Collaborate with teams across different departments and work closely with our HQ in Tel Aviv.
- Generate Talent Acquisition reports leveraging data and analytics.
- Participates in HR-related projects and/or performs other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to fully manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles and, as needed, other regions like Australia and Europe.
- Proven experience recruiting for customer-facing roles
- Proficiency with strategic sourcing techniques, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings, and a commitment to staying current with industry best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- A team-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Based on the East Coast is a must!
