Position Summary
Guggenheim Investments is seeking an exceptional Office Manager for our Stamford, CT office. The office manager will primarily be responsible for greeting guests and day to day office operations and administration. Additional, the Office Manager will support the Office of the President with processing expenses, scheduling meetings & conferences, arranging catering, maintaining the pantry, and general office upkeep.
The position is based in our Stamford, CT office and expected to be on site 5 days per week. Occasional travel to our NYC office will be required.

Basic Qualifications:
Annual base salary between
$63,000.00-$70,000.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.

Responsibilities
- Manage the primary day-to-day responsibilities of Reception in the CT & NY offices
- Process expenses for President of Guggenheim Investments.
- Answer multiple telephone lines for the President and team in the CT office; able to professionally relay appropriate information to callers as directed, route calls to other persons as necessary, and ensure that messages are received and conveyed promptly
- Oversee internal processes such as conference scheduler, screening all mainline calls, client presentation printing and binding, document storage and shredding, catering requests, the pantry program, mail service, etc…
- Order, stock and maintain all pantry snacks, beverages, machines, and storage closets
- Order, prepare, and clean up catering as necessary for client meetings.
- Order, track, and confirm receipt of messenger services and other mailings.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area, executive office, conference rooms, and pantry.
- Attend to guests including offering proper directions to site, procuring guest badges if needed, administrative support, planning for AV requirements, greeting and offering refreshments.
- Working with other staff members in the Office of the President to arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Complete personal and special assignments for President as needed.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 years of related professional experience
- Workday expense experience a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse personalities in all levels of management, as well as outside vendors and clients, by maintaining objectivity and demonstrating maturity and a positive attitude
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong and consistent communicator
- Willing to take on additional office management projects as needed
- Ability to lift and move large deliveries up to 40 lbs
