Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Solutioning:
- Lead the continuous implementation, enhancements, and automation of systems, business processes, and workflows across Guggenheim Investments through cross functional partnership to develop solutions
- Deliver high ROI solutions for identified opportunities through needs assessments, solution identification, collaboration, and implementation support
- Program Execution, Project Oversight:
- Own the End-to-End Workday Business Solution (HR, Payroll, Finance) and oversight over the enhancements post go-live, taking full advantage of the latest enhancements and overseeing seamless release of features across GI
- Serve as senior project manager, supporting the Finance Transformation, ensuring the continued enhancements and evolution are in line with evolving business needs
- Serve as a senior program manager to the Head of Project Management and support her with a “can-do” attitude to oversee, coordinate and deliver successful, on-time and within budget, strategic initiatives
- Provide project management expertise for complex projects that span Guggenheim Investments -projects range from process improvement, compliance/regulatory, system implementations and divestitures and other special projects as directed by senior management
- Identify and manage dependencies across complex inter-related projects.
- Develop and manage project plans (both “right-to-left” & “left-to-right”) and consistently deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop a close working relationship with key stakeholders around the organization including, but not limited to, operational functions, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, HR, and the Front Office.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management & stakeholders.
- Team Management:
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to junior team members by providing clear direction, investing in people’s development, and partnering with them to unblock their issues
- Manage project teams ensuring responsibilities are being met and team is functioning well together
