Position Summary
Guggenheim Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Sales Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Sales Reporting Team Lead, the Analyst will assist the team with daily trade review, research discrepancies, and prepare various sales reports for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily review of trade, identification, and other data received from multiple sources, including from: internal sales and contact management systems, internal shareholder trading systems, firm-supplied trade and identification files, and from internal sales management (including for territory re-alignment)
- Research records flagged through automated stewardship; determine needed adjustments through lookup using internal stewardship, sales, trading, reporting, and other systems; Web searches; FINRA databases; and firm-supplied data. Call external firm contacts, internal sales management, etc. to resolve discrepancies where applicable
- Create data adjustments needed for accuracy, completeness, consistency, or aggregation / disaggregation of data
- Prepare and distribute daily sales reporting (e.g. Fund Flows Report)
- Systems and Business Workflows
- Provides intimate knowledge on business processes, data mapping, and system configurations
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Salary Range
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
