Job Description : Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities Information Management ("GSIM") is seeking an experienced CRM focused Business Relationship Manger to join its Business Engagement team.
This person in this role is critical to ensuring IM alignment with the business, acting as liaison and bridging / facilitation communication, and understanding between the business and IM. The BRM is responsible for understanding the overarching business model as well as the intricacies and nuances of their assigned functional / business areas.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Understand the business model and the specific needs of assigned functional areas.
- Assist business units in developing business cases that demonstrate the value of their needs, aligning with organizational goals.
- Oversee the management and configuration of core CRM systems such as Salesforce and Deal Cloud.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver CRM solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.
- Coordinate work across multiple disciplines or organizations.
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
