Essential Job Functions
- Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on a range of advisory and financing transactions
- Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses
- Manage the analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and publicly traded company financials to identify potential client solutions and new market opportunities
- Develop and monitor the development of complex financial models for a broad range of corporate finance alternatives
- Lead deal pitches including idea generation
- Soliciting potential new advisory business from the MD’s existing network of relationships
- Act as the financial and strategic advisor for clients of core accounts
- Build and develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and demonstration of financial and industry knowledge
- Generate potential ideas and new business opportunities to clients to help solve problems
- Leading the execution of merger, acquisition and sale transactions
- Provide all other advice and assistance required by the client in the context of a transaction
- Significant level of maturity and the ability to lead a team interfacing with top company executives
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective process management abilities
- Industry experience in Industrials
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of investment banking experience
- SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment
- Currently, this role is expected to be in the Los Angeles office at least 4 days per week.
- Annual base salary between $250,000 and $300,000.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
