Key Responsibilities
- Contract Development: Create and maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and contracts with wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the development and execution of channel strategies for the company’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Market Insights: Monitor trading partners and market shifts to anticipate changes, adapt strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies to enhance the company’s presence and market competitiveness.
- Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure all contracts and channel activities comply with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional projects, providing leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective implementations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of relevant market access experience.
- 3 years of contracting experience.
- 2 years of program or account management experience.
- 3 years of leadership and/or project management experience, with a proven ability to drive initiatives internally and externally through to completion.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- 3 years of experience working with both retail and specialty pharmacies.
- Familiarity with wholesalers, specialty distribution, and specialty pharmacy industry processes.
