Partner with the Capture Manager to integrate win strategies into proposals.
Develop and execute review plans (Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team).
Coordinate administrative functions in support of proposal production.
Ensure compliance and ease of evaluation in proposal structuring.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree with 6 years.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Eligibility for Top-Secret security clearance with access to SCI.
U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of work.
