Key Responsibilities
Lead project management teams across multiple data center construction projects.
Manage design, procurement, cost, and quality control.
Coordinate with sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and site management teams.
Oversee contract administration, construction accounting, and client interaction.
Travel up to 80% for site meetings and client interfacing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Data Center Construction.
Previous experience as a General Contractor.
Ability to travel up to 80% for project sites.
Strong leadership skills in conflict resolution, motivation, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5 years of field and project management experience.
2 years of direct management of employees and subcontractors.
Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and construction techniques.
Strong understanding of cost estimating and contract management.
Mastery of project management tasks and team leadership.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $185,000.
