We’re also looking for licensed Gen Z real estate professionals (or anyone who gets the vibe) ready to build their personal brand, connect with clients in meaningful ways, and hustle with heart in NYC’s fast-moving market. Whether you're fresh out of real estate school or already doing deals, we’re here to level you up with real mentorship, modern tools, and major support.


Job Summary:

As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Guidance Realty Group, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties across New York. You will be the face of our brand—delivering personalized service, building relationships, and closing deals with confidence and integrity.

Success in this position looks like consistent lead generation, client satisfaction, strong collaboration with your team, and exceeding your sales goals. You’ll be supported by a professional and experienced leadership team, marketing resources, and mentorship to help you grow your career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions across NYC and surrounding areas
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, both virtually and in-person
  • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline through networking, prospecting, and CRM tools
  • Advise clients throughout negotiations, contracts, and closing processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, neighborhood developments, and property values
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Uphold all local, state, and federal real estate laws and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction documentation
  • Utilize company tools and marketing resources to promote listings and services effectively


Qualifications:

  • Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson License
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred (new licensees welcome with the right drive and mindset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software, MLS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with NYC/Brooklyn real estate market is a strong plus
  • Flexible availability (as needed for client schedules).
