Our screens provide valuable, real-time visibility for key offers in environments where guests spend significant time, helping venues maximize their customer engagement and sales. In exchange for placing and managing the screens, Guide-a-Guest is offers advertising for them.
This is a full-time role with a salary while you get your market off the ground. However, we are also looking for independent contractors for part-time sales role. If you are interested, please indicate this specifically.
About the Role We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager based in Massachusetts south of Boston. This role involves selling our large-screen digital media solutions to a wide range of venue types, including restaurants, bars, hotels, contractors, legal offices, real estate agencies, and more. Successful candidates will be self-driven, relationship-focused, and able to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to ongoing account support.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by pitching Guide-a-Guest’s digital screen solutions to restaurants, bars, hotels, and other businesses with high customer dwell times, such as fitness centers, medical offices, and real estate agencies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets within your designated territory.
- Build lasting relationships with venue partners by providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including screen installation coordination.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and report on sales activities.
- Respond to inbound leads generated through website inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners, offering ongoing product support and updates to maximize engagement.
- Attend local events and industry gatherings to network and identify potential clients.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, advertising, or out-of-home sales.
- Strong negotiation and face-to-face sales skills.
- Service-driven approach with a focus on long-term client success.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
Compensation USD Compensation is based on successful sales performance and the ability to install screens at partner venues. Individual earnings may vary based on experience, qualifications, and territory success.
