Operations Director - LMHP/LPC/LCSW Preferred
Guided Paths, Inc. is a private community mental health agency that provides Comprehensive Crisis Services, Mental Health Intensive Outpatient, Mental Health Skill-Building and Intensive In-Home services to the greater Richmond community. Guided Paths is seeking to expand its leadership team to include an Operations Director who will provide oversight to daily operations in the clinical, compliance, marketing and workforce development aspects of the company. The ideal candidate has experience in management of behavioral health services. Experience in the community mental health services and knowledge of Virginia regulatory requirements is preferred. Residents/Supervisees pursuing licensure in Virginia will also be considered.
