A family-owned custom blow molding manufacturing company has partnered with us to find a seasoned Technical Manager. This individual will be responsible for process and tooling development, focusing on Extrusion Blow Molding but leveraging any relevant blow molding experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new processes and tools in EBM, as well as utilizing existing knowledge in blow molding
- Drive hands-on process engineering efforts, including troubleshooting and optimization
- Collaborate in tooling development - design, development, and qualification
- Foster strengths in management, training, and mentoring
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A proven career in blow molding
- Hands-on experience in process engineering, development, troubleshooting, and optimization
