Position Summary:
The IT Manager will lead and manage the organization's IT department and all related activities, ensuring the effectiveness of all IT systems, networks, and services. Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the organization’s network, servers, hardware, and software systems to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency.
- Implement and manage IT policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure is scalable and adaptable to meet the business needs.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and backups, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruptions.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead IT support teams, including network administrators, IT technicians, and other IT personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure the IT team delivers excellent customer service to internal users.
- Project Management:
- Manage IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality results.

- Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within the allocated limits.

- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for favorable terms and pricing.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide support for complex technical issues and ensure that IT support tickets are addressed in a timely manner.
- Oversee the resolution of system outages and network failures, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments and business units to understand technology needs and provide solutions.
- Communicate IT issues, upgrades, and changes to stakeholders and management effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in network administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
- Experience with enterprise software, databases, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure management tools (e.g., monitoring and management software).
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
