Opportunity Description
We are partnered with a well-established automotive components manufacturer in Texas. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a growing factory in Georgetown. The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operational turnaround.
Qualifications
- 10 Years Operations/Plant leadership in Tier 1 Automotive
- Experience in plastic injection molding highly desired
- Experience working in a complex facility with multiple manufacturing processes and customers
- Experience leading a 300 person factory
- Experience driving OEE and meeting EBITDA targets

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
