Opportunity Description
We are partnered with a well-established plastic container manufacturer in Naperville, IL. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a growing factory in Illinois. The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to drive operational efficiency at the factory.
Qualifications
- 10 Years Operations / Plant leadership in plastics
- Experience in PET / HDPE containers is highly desirable
- Experience driving efficiency across a multi-shift complex operation
- Comfortable leading a plant of 80-100 people
- Hands on approach to leadership
