What You Will Do:
- Facilitate and deliver training virtually and in person
- Work with Leaders in the business to determine training gaps
- Build content and lead training technology platforms
- Write and edit technical documentation for all applications using ISD methods
- Plan, design and conduct repeating and re-certification training workshops
- Determine training needs for client group and act as on-site ambassador as directed by L&D Manager
- Maintenance of established schedules and documenting progress via corporate tools
- Ability to interact with content vendors to utilize their resources to promote learning within Guidehouse
- Build relationships with business leaders and other key stakeholders, establish credibility as effective partner to the business, and leverage internal subject matter experts for task and content analysis
- Work closely with SMEs, L&D Management team, and instructional designers (IDs) as needed to share knowledge and maintain a well-organized, timely and high-quality work product
- Ensure matters related to client or potential clients are handled in a way that creates positive lasting impressions with high quality, prompt and courteous service by oneself and others
- Take on other duties as assigned and as needed with a positive and willing attitude
What You Will Need:
- 1-2 years experience in L&D supporting internal stakeholders
- Understanding of the Healthcare revenue cycle
- Exemplary facilitation skills in public speaking and presentation
- Leadership and coping skills to manage multiple projects and follow through while exceeding expectations
- Project Management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relationship building and modeling of all training concepts across the business
- Strong presentation skills to be able to demonstrate the features of the learning management system to colleagues including new employees
- Expertise in application of methods and tools used to identify, design, develop, execute and measure corporate learning solutions
- Skilled in the use of various techniques and approaches to build relationships at various levels
- Demonstrated ability to align and adapt communication style to fit target audience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- B.S. in related field
- 3 years experience in L&D supporting internal customers
- Experience with Camtasia recording and editing tool
