Title : Head of Real Estate

Reports to : Chief Growth & Strategy Officer

Department / Location : Remote

Summary :

The Head of Real Estate will report directly to the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and serve as a key driver of our expansion strategy, spearheading the growth and strategic direction of our Real Estate vertical. This influential role will oversee the end-to-end development of 20 outpatient clinics annually, from site selection to project completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. As a strategic leader, the Head of Real Estate will establish and manage high-impact partnerships with architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, and vendors, while leading a high-performing internal team of 2-3 project managers. In addition to navigating complex licensure and regulatory landscapes, this role will shape the vision and execution of real estate initiatives, positioning the organization for scalable and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the site selection process including performing analyses in Buxton or ArcGIS
  • Develop property RFPs alongside real estate brokers
  • Lead the negotiation of leases with support from legal and risk management
  • Develop, oversee and manage construction budgets
  • Develop oversee and manage design and construction schedules
  • Report out key development milestones to leadership team
  • Ensure FGI guidelines are followed through the development process with the result being a

successful state licensure survey

  • Lead furniture and equipment procurement for each site and ensure on time delivery
  • Assist in refining brand standards for clinics
  • Work alongside the clinical operations team to ensure successful and on time clinic openings –
  • estimated to be 20 per year

  • Lead the team of project managers and delegate tasks efficiently among the team
  • Develop standard templates, processes & procedures for efficient operations pertaining to the
  • development process

  • Lead on the relationship with architecture and engineering teams
  • Select lease management software and set up standard processes for ensuring lease compliance
  • Support the creation of goals
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business or a related field
  • 10 years of full-time professional experience in relevant roles
  • Experience managing budgets, change orders, and timelines
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Mastery of project management software
  • Experience leading teams required to execute a high volume of clinic / store openings on an annual
  • basis
