Summary :
The Sourcing & Procurement Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, will be responsible for developing and managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement of essential clinical and operational supplies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain efficiency, and cost management in a multi-state behavioral healthcare setting.
Responsibilities :
- Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management
Develop and implement a sourcing and procurement strategy to support national expansion.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with vendors to optimize cost savings without compromising quality.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of essential clinical supplies to new and existing locations.
Partner with real estate, clinic operations, finance, IT, and clinical leadership to understand supply needs and align procurement strategies with company goals.
Ensure all sourcing and procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices.
