Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Sales Manager to lead recruitment and sales efforts for our company. This role bridges the gap between our U.S. operations and our nearshoring office, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of talent acquisition strategies and sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, sales management, and experience working with nearshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-performing sales and operations talent for both U.S. and nearshoring offices.
- Partner with the nearshoring office to identify, evaluate, and onboard skilled professionals in alignment with company goals.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and partnerships, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles.
Sales Leadership & Management:
- Oversee sales performance metrics and ensure the brokerage team meets or exceeds revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the nearshoring team to ensure alignment with U.S.-based operations and sales strategies.
- Provide coaching, training, and leadership to the sales team to improve skills, productivity, and results.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies, leveraging nearshore resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. office and the nearshoring team, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align recruiting and sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, leveraging the nearshore model to enhance service offerings.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor KPIs and metrics for both recruiting and sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices in all recruiting and hiring efforts in the nearshoring location.
- Drive efficiency in operations by streamlining processes and promoting effective use of nearshore resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, sales management, or brokerage operations.
- Proven success in managing recruitment pipelines and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams, with strong cultural competency and adaptability.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM and ATS tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter).

- Background in freight brokerage, logistics, or related industries.
