Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices to improve time efficiencies and build a foundation of trust by ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain effective tracking systems for follow-ups and to-do lists.
- Serve as a liaison to foster strong relationships among managing partners, the senior leadership team, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support leaders through strategic planning, project management, and change management while managing day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and fiscal responsibility.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Organize weekly recurring meetings, creating agendas, tracking YTD progress, reviewing key metrics, and managing follow-ups.
- Manage travel and calendar arrangements to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
- Ensure all meeting and conference call details, agendas, and materials are prepared accurately and recorded correctly.
- Take ownership of QBR planning for NY & New England regions, managing travel, booking hotels/venues, and organizing any other logistical arrangements.
- Help organize engaging company and team experiences to foster collaboration, strengthen team culture, and build meaningful connections. Examples include GPSec, conferences, partner meetings, dinners, and more.
- Help manage accounts, setting up appropriate cadence of meetings with clients.
- Attend and run client meetings in the absence of AE ensuring key topics like renewals, project updates, and new initiatives are discussed.
- Provide structured and timely touch reports for vendors and clients to track engagement and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Establish a structured system to track client interactions and touches and report to AE to maintain meaningful connections and identify growth opportunities.
- Organize regular client lunches/dinners to build rapport and maintain a cadence of engagement.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships between the Northeast team and vendors in the market to ensure timely communication and effective partnership.
- Track vendor turnover and other vendor metrics as requested by Regional Partner.
- Manage vendor engagements to track performance, address issues, and ensure delivery meets agreed-upon expectations.
- Develop strategies for vendor collaboration that align with business objectives and enhance client outcomes.
- Coordinate regular vendor meetings to review project statuses, updates, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for sourcing a "Boston Hub" workspace.
- Host clients and vendors, facilitating productive whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming workshops.
- Help manage office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment needs, and space planning to create an efficient and organized workspace.
- Establish procedures to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency.
