A company is looking for a Network Security Engineer - North Central (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesPerform project-based engineering, design, installation, and troubleshooting of data / security solutionsImplement secure network solutions in collaboration with the engineering teamProvide security engineering consulting services, including assessment, design, and implementation of secure networking environmentsRequired QualificationsAdvanced-level knowledge and experience with security design and implementation, particularly with firewalls / VPNs (Palo Alto required)Solid understanding of routing and switching architectures (CCNA level knowledge desired, CCNP preferred)BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and / or 2-4 years of related experience focused on Next Generation Firewall design and implementationPalo Alto PCNSE 10 strongly desired; industry security certifications such as CISSP & CEH are preferredExperience with cloud security solutions and endpoint security technologies is a plus
