This position can be remote in the United States & candidate must be comfortable working EST hours.Your Day-to-Day Will Include : Work closely with product management, engineering other stakeholders to define the product strategy, roadmap, and design visionConduct user research and testing to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product featuresCollaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intendedWork with product management to develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track the success of features and productsContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysisMentor junior UX designers and contribute to the growth of the design teamRequires : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or related field and 2 years experience in the following technologies : Utilizing UX / Visual designDesigning ecommerce, responsive sites sand mobile applicationsConducting conceptual, UX and visual designUtilizing design tools such as Sketch and Adobe SuiteUtilizing InVision, Axure, Flinto and Framer JSDeveloping motion graphics and videos with Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After EffectsSoft Skills Required : Maintain problem solving skills and a proactive work styleStrong interpersonal & communication skillsIndependent contributor with driveCollaborative and teamwork-orientedAccountable for work and take ownership of tasksStrategic thinkerManages projects and uphold quality on a deadlineExhibits judgement when it comes to prioritization and overall team managementProven effective leadership skillsWhat We Offer : The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
