At Guidepost Montessori Bee Cave, we are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Floater Teachers who are eager to deepen their understanding of early childhood development and Montessori education.
About the Role
As a Floater Teacher (Assistant Guide), you will play a key role in supporting our Lead Guides, helping to foster independence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills in young children. This position provides a strong foundation for those looking to pursue a career in Montessori education—many of our Assistant Guides grow into Lead Guide roles through our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.
This is a full-time role with competitive pay starting at $17/hr and above, along with great benefits, including:

Who We're Looking For
We would love to speak with you if you:
✔️ Have a foundational understanding of child development
✔️ Are eager to learn and grow in a Montessori environment
✔️ Have strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
✔️ Hold a valid negative TB test (within the last 12 months) or are willing to take one before starting
✔️ Hold a valid CPR certification or are willing to become certified before starting
