Job Description
- Conduct research on and analyze corporate compliance issues
- Assist with investigations
- Assist in preparing correspondences, legal documents, regulatory reports, and presentations
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Assist with administrative tasks

Required Education and Experience
- Successful completion of one year of law school
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Preferred Education and Experience
- First Year Law Students Preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, have exceptional follow-through, effectively prioritize, able to multi-task and manage workload
- Well organized and able to work independently on some projects, but also work as a member of a team
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
