The Reporting and Data Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to all departments, including data entry and upkeep, generating reports, tracking metrics, CRM maintenance, and ensuring accurate information. This role focuses on technical tasks to ensure data accuracy, system organization, and information reporting, and is an essential function to help company departments operate effectively and achieve goals. This position will work at our Corporate office in Crown Point, IN.
\n- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting processes to support business objectives.
- Create visualizations and summaries to communicate key insights effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and optimize data usage.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Assist in database management, data entry, and regular audits for quality control.
- Stay updated with best practices in data reporting, visualization, and analytics.

- Other related job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience or successful internship in equivalent field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in multiple software platforms including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite & Excel. Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization platform, Salesforce or similar CRM system, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dutiful time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
