Job Summary:
As the Director of Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for creating data driven value scorecards for clients, analyzing and closing gaps in efficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine best practices, helping showcase the value of our services in every client engagement.
Ultimately, your impact will empower our clients to demonstrate clear value in patient care delivery, while also driving internal process excellence.
Essential Functions:
Client-Facing Value Demonstration
- Create standardized templates for customer outcomes presentations across multiple lines of business.
- Develop ongoing strategies to showcase value and outcomes in client reports, ensuring clarity and impact.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Design and maintain operational scorecards for internal teams, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Synthesize data findings into reports and dashboards that drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze inefficiencies within processes to identify actionable improvements that drive measurable results.
- Partner with executive leadership to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
Change Management
- Lead the rollout of new workforce management and staffing models, ensuring smooth adoption and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Recommend enhancements to technology based on data analysis and feedback loops.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business process analysis, operational strategy, or related roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Previous experience working within healthcare or data analytics environments is preferred.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to work with complex models, interpret data, and transform findings into operational improvement
Supervisory Responsibilities: This role may include direct supervision of analysts, consultants, or operational staff, depending on evolving business needs.
Travel Requirements: <5%
