We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join our healthcare team.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to geriatrics, pediatrics, and pain management.
- Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with specialists as needed for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
- Stay current with advancements in medical practices, treatments, and technologies.
- Skills
- Proficiency in managing a diverse patient population, including experience in geriatrics and pediatric emergency medicine.
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and home care practices.
- Familiarity with acute pain management strategies and pain medicine protocols.
- Understanding of neonatology principles as they pertain to primary care.
- Competence in immunology-related health issues affecting patients across various age groups.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to operate medical equipment safely and effectively within a clinical setting.
