Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement :
Partner with enterprise sales teams to understand customer challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and solution alignment.
Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
Solution Design :
Architect and propose tailored solutions that leverage our products and services to meet customer needs.
Provide guidance on system integration, data flow, and implementation best practices.
Address scalability, performance, and security concerns in solution proposals.
Technical Leadership :
Act as the technical advisor during the sales process, ensuring customer confidence in our solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and evolving customer requirements to inform solution strategies.
Enablement and Documentation :
Prepare technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, integration guides, and implementation plans.
Train customers and internal teams on product capabilities, customization options, and ongoing management.
Provide feedback to product teams to improve features and resolve gaps identified during customer interactions.
Qualifications : Experience :
5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers. Prior experience in the manufacturing space is a plus.
Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
Technical Skills :
2-4 years operational experience working in factories, including experience with Process Improvement, Pareto Principle, and OEE
Soft Skills :
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
