Job Title: Direct Support Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Direct Support Professional to join our team at Guidewire Inc, a Non-Profit Human Service Agency. Our agency supports individuals with disabilities in community settings, promoting independence and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including self-care, hygiene, food shopping, budgeting, household maintenance, and socialization skills development.
- Implement behavioral support plans, document tracked behaviors, and create opportunities for social and leisure activities.
- Communicate effectively with others, maintain a positive attitude, and administer medication according to policy and regulations.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
