Required Skills/Experience:
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in Guidewire Professional Services.
Training Expertise: Proven experience in training individuals and groups on both technical topics and soft skills.
Adult Learning Principles: Expertise in adult learning principles and their application to training.
Project Management: A track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business.
Implementation experience: Experience implementing Guidewire software as either a Technical Consultant or or a Business Analyst/Architect
Software Proficiency: Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Jira, eLearning platforms and Highspot
Technical Understanding:
Possess strong technical knowledge of Guidewire products and services (e.g., InsuranceSuite products, InsuranceSuite integration, GWCP platform).
Cloud Technologies and SaaS Products:
Have experience with cloud technologies and SaaS products.
Organizational Skills:
Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Communication and Adaptability:
Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to a changing environment.
Remote Work: Ability to work seamlessly in a remote environment
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, occasionally internationally..
Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you'll be the architect of success. Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting and Delivering Training: Develop and deliver engaging webinars, self-service training, and live events each month for the Professional Services teams.
Maintaining Collateral and Assets: Ensure that all training materials and assets are up-to-date and readily available.
Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with Professional Services stakeholders to identify training needs and drive adoption.
Proactive Enablement: Actively participate in the ski release committee and new product launches to provide input on the necessary enablement for the Professional Services team to stay updated on upcoming changes.
Core Products and Proactive Enablement: Understand Guidewire's core products and the business impact of new products or functionalities on the Professional Services team. Actively participate in the ski release committee to provide input on Professional Services enablement for upcoming changes.
Salary : $116,000 - $204,000
