What You’ll Do:

  • Build Your Business Pipeline: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing leads through our proven onboarding method.
  • Consult with Clients: Engage with homeowners and businesses to understand their energy needs and design solar solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Paid Training: Receive comprehensive training on our products, services, and industry best practices to ensure your success from day one.
  • Present Solutions: Use your expertise to guide customers in selecting the best solar options for their property, providing them with clear and compelling proposals.
  • Leverage Proven Sales Methodology: Take advantage of our established sales processes and systems to maximize your performance and achieve your targets.
  • Manage Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service by managing relationships from initial consultation through installation and beyond, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in outside or field sales, is highly desired, but we are also open to candidates eager to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Self-Motivated & Driven: We’re looking for go-getters who can work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, providing expert advice on lighting, layout, and renovation projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships will be essential in delivering exceptional service and achieving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their design requirements and preferences.
  • Develop innovative design concepts that incorporate lighting design and layout considerations.
  • Utilize retail math skills to create accurate project estimates and budgets.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the design process.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends in lighting sales and remodeling.
  • Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and guiding them through the renovation process.
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, installation, and maintenance of lighting solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in design consulting or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in layout design and an understanding of lighting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with retail math for budgeting and estimating project costs.
  • Experience in remodeling or renovation projects is highly desirable.
