Guiding Star Preschool is a play-based Christian preschool located in Raymore, Missouri, providing a warm and welcoming environment where faith and learning come together for children ages 3-5 years old. We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Floating Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team.
This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys working with different age groups and supporting various classrooms within our nurturing early childhood education program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a preschool or childcare setting.
· A strong understanding of child development for children ages 3-5 years.
· Ability to adapt to different classroom environments, routines, and age groups quickly and effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A patient, positive, and collaborative attitude.
· Must maintain current certification in First Aid & CPR for infants and children (or be willing to obtain upon hire).
· Willingness to attend ongoing professional development as required.
· A commitment to our play-based Christian philosophy.
