What You Will Do:
· Maintain practice services and vision by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing and maintaining electronic filing systems; assigning and monitoring administrative functions.
· Act as a brand ambassador for our patients and team members; provides a general climate of cooperation and understanding.
· Manage patient relations, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns with compassion.
· Maintain office efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining, planning and implementing office systems.
· Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient practice management.
· Maintain, designs, and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
· Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
· Monitor practice metrics and implement strategies for continued growth and success.
· Achieve financial objectives established by the Practice Director; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
· Manage all areas of accounts receivable, including patient accounts and insurance claims.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
· Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and coaching team members; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What You Bring:

- Experience with Eaglesoft dental practice management software is a plus.
- Bachelors degree preferred; High School Degree required.
- 3-5 years administrative and leadership experience in dental office setting required.
