We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Requirements:
- Must pass a Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License required
Basic Knowledge Required (At Minimum):
- Drywall Repair & Installation
- Basic Electrical Work
- Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Cabinet Installation & Repair
- Flooring Installation & Repair
- Carpentry
- Painting
Job Duties Include:
- Performing general maintenance and repairs for residential properties
- Assisting with remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom updates
- Replacing or repairing toilets, sinks, faucets, flooring, and cabinetry
- Basic electrical work, such as installing light fixtures and switches
- Outdoor maintenance, including landscaping and sprinkler system repairs
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Schedule & On-Call Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Must participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency repairs
