ACT DAKOTA COUNTY CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

This position is responsible to model quality clinical services, guide the work of the staff team, and provide direction and leadership to a staff team. The services provided assist individuals who have serious and persistent mental illnesses and / or substance disorders live self-directed and satisfying lives by providing services directly, minimally using outside resources and diverting hospitalizations and finding alternative interventions whenever possible.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to provide person-centered services.
- Select, train, evaluate, and develop employees for optimal performance and resource allocation.
- Lead treatment direction for clients receiving services, completing diagnostic assessments, and ensuring documentation meets requirements.
- Coordinate team meetings to ensure client needs are met and information is communicated effectively.
- Ensure individual records are maintained for all services for easy access to information, determine service results, and meet record-keeping standards.
- Manage referrals, intakes, and transfers for the team.
- Communicate and collaborate with external providers and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
- Empower employees to fulfill the agency's mission and standards.
