CONTROLER
FLSA Status : Full-Time, Salary, Exempt FTE : 1.0 Salary Range : $115,000 - $130,000 / annually Website : https : / / guildservices.org /
Purpose :
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller leads and oversees Guild's accounting / finance team. The objectives of this role are to guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape; develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines; achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions; help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies. The Controller ensures that financial operations align with our core values of empowerment, dignity, innovation, collaboration, and perseverance, with equity at the center.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead the agency's finance department including accounting and billing.
Provide work direction, develop, train, and coach finance team. Support team needs through performance coaching and assessment, resource and time management, and initiative prioritization.
Annual budget creation, regular review, and analysis of month-to-month actuals.
