Position Summary
As a Sr. UiPath RPA Developer at Guild Mortgage, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, create scalable automation workflows, and ensure successful RPA deployment. They are essential for driving digital transformation initiatives and improving overall business performance.
Essential Functions
- Automation Design and Development : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document automation requirements. Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio to automate manual and repetitive tasks.
- Integration : Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third-party software.
- Process Assessment : Analyze existing business processes to identify automation potential, feasibility, and ROI. Develop and maintain process documentation, including detailed process maps and solution design documents.
- Bot Deployment and Monitoring : Deploy and configure RPA bots within the UiPath Orchestrator platform. Monitor and manage bot performance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions. Debug and optimize workflows to improve performance.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications, process design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA solutions. Address and resolve any issues or questions related to automation.
- Compliance : Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, including data security and privacy regulations.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Platform Maintenance : Implement security updates and patches as required. Responsible for upkeep of the UiPath Platform Tenants
- Document Understanding / Action Center : Able to apply DU and Action center capabilities into RPA solutions.
- Participate in Code Reviews and Proof of Concepts (POC) : Collaborate with other team members on assigned tasks. Develop Proof of Concepts (POC) and application mock-ups to demonstrate automation capabilities.
- Maintain Strong Relationship with IT Services : Ensure smooth transition of work products throughout the SDLC life cycle. Follow agile methodology for sprint planning and defining sprint deliverables.
- Escalation and Feedback : Escalate unresolved platform bugs and open issues to senior members of the IT team or management. Contribute feedback and input concerning design and operations to Senior IT Management.
- Resource Planning and Project Management : Extensively involve in Resource Planning, Documentation, Estimation, Forecasting, Scheduling, Tracking, Traceability Metrics, and Project dashboards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Audio / Visual : Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio, e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud / viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
Environmental : Office environment - no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Mental : Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow. This role requires effective adaptation to workplace stressors, including customer service complaints, security responsibilities, and competing priorities. Must be able to adhere to process protocol. Must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant's geographical location.
