Position Overview : We seek a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the Principal in managing daily tasks and workload. The ideal candidate will serve as the Owner's right-hand person, ensuring efficient scheduling, task management, file management, and communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, high proficiency in software, advanced spreadsheet capability, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule Management : Coordinate and manage the Principal's calendar, including setting up meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication : Act as the primary point of contact between the Owner and internal / external stakeholders; handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Task Coordination : Assist in delegating tasks to team members and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
- Documentation : Prepare, edit, file, and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Data Management : Utilize spreadsheets and other tools to track projects, budgets, and other relevant data.
- Office Organization : Maintain an organized workspace and filing system for efficient information retrieval.
- Event Planning : Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and keep all things confidential unless otherwise specified.
