Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Buss tables in the bar area to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing support during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A commitment to cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen and bar areas.
